Terms & Payments
Dollar rates are calculated on the actual €uro/$ exchange rate on the day of payment. Click here for currency converter: 
Rates are in Euros and subject to 4% tax. Rates are based on 2 people per bedroom or 4 people including children. Housekeeping twice per week and final cleaning on check-out included. 30% deposit required to confirm reservation. The deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation by the client. Payments accepted per transfer bank . Balance due either in cash in Euros or US Dollars on arrival day at hand-over of keys, OR per transfer bank via the same online payment system one week prior to arrival.no credit card
